Hip Pocket Pizza Parlor

Crave-able, addicting pizza. Today I broke the rules. At One Bite, this pie was a 6.2, but as I continued, I was met with an increasingly delicious and genuinely unique experience. Bacon Pineapple is a controversial but time tested favorite of mine, and this bacon among the best I'd ever had on pizza. The pineapple isn't a disappointment, but it's not particularly noteworthy, the sauce is just enough to brighten the crust and give it a chew. The crust is dense and layered, with the outermost layer being saltine-like in flavor and texture, but the top layer being doughy and soft. The cheese was a blend that was melty and flavorful, and dangit, it's just good pizza. If you're in the area, I highly encourage you to stop in and try a pie. I give it an 8.7 out of 10
