Hitz Pub and Eatery

Alrighty, Hitz Pizza. This one was a hometown favorite when I grew up here but this is the first time I am rating the pizza. The cheese is solid for this tavern cut as each slice grabs well and sticks to each slice. The crust was the real winner with a crisp center. The sauce could have a bit more tang, but compliments the cheese real well. Overall a solid dinner spot with great atmosphere.

One of my go to places mainly go for the bergers but the BLT pizza is fire

One bite everyone knows the rules...Sausage and mushroom thin crust. First of all, great service from a really friendly staff. Pizza was super thin with a solid “crusp” (crispy crust). Sauce was delicious, plenty of cheese, not too much on the toppings so not one thing dominated the pizza. Local favorite in the land of deep dish (aka pizza casseroles).

16” thin crust cooked well. This was a really solid pizza. Good crisp crust and a little char. Really good.
