Hobo Co Pizza always makes the rounds at my local breweries, and usually I’m pretty drunk when I eat a slice or two. Kept myself a little more sober this time for an honest review. It’s alright for a pizza that’s typically paired with a beer. Not a lot of sauce, and I’m definitely a sauce guy. Classic cheesy bar pizza, thin with a moderate crispy crust. But a little doughy. It’s good. Just good. 6.1 Frankie.
