Hoek Pizza

Margarita wood fire, Dough - Started alittle sweet after taste when out of the oven however the crispy heavy brown sections of the individual pie was quite good, Tomato - Didn't notice the taste until the sauce started to settle away from the warmth, Mozzarella - Didn't notice a taste of the fresh mozzarella, Crust - mix of soft and crunchy, Overall Combination - I want to give this pizza a high score at first glance the pizza didn't feel right until the slices were starting to get alittle settled with no heat then the flavors just came in to play. Making this pizza decent from the start and showing up later in tasteful style at the very end. It is wood oven and cooking the rounds takes skill but can be a huge payoff with technique and materials that would make this pizza a masterpiece.
