Holiday Pizza

They butter the crust; don’t know how I feel the crust tastes like bread sticks. Taste is okay, tiny flavor for sauce, no tang. So dry it cut up the roof of my mouth. Upset the Little Italy down here closed down.

Really good pizza. Minimal flop, dough was light and crisp, sauce and cheese were good. Probably would have gone 8.3 had it not been for some inconsistencies in thickness and oil on top. Sauce wasn't bad but didn't stand out either. Best I've had in the boro so far.
