When you think of pizza, this is exactly what you envision: solid & reliable, real “pizza” pizza. The sauce is definitely the star, sweet with a nice garlic flavor, not too much but not too little. The cheese is the formula for a pizza cheese blend...It’s the definition of pizza cheese. Spread perfectly throughout, it’s not great but it’s not bad either. The dough is soft but has just enough crisp to keep it from being too soft, particularly the crust...a good, solid unexpected crunch. The only real drawback was a little too much grease but other than that, this is a very good pie falling under the “football pizza” category.
