Home Slice Pizza

I’m conflicted. Have t scored a pizza this high in the state of Texas. No flip…..zero. Crust is 10/10 crunchy in every bit. Char was spot on . I did ask to leave in an extra 30 seconds. Cheese to sauce ratio is 1:1 but could go with a little more of both. No grease on this pizza. Not a bad thing. Worth the drive!

7.9 would be a fair (and great) score. I add 2 points for the atmosphere and staff! Come here every time I come to Austin

Great al dente crust, oregano forward sauce, straightforward cheese

Undercarriage is unique. Has some sort of crumbs or something. Limited crisp and more flop than I usually like. The sauce makes up for any of the point deductions. Great tang and taste. If it had more crisp, it’s an 8.1. So, it’s a 7.8. That’s a review.

Herby, good sauce, great replica of a classic NY pie. Hits the spot every time, “straight down the middle” could eat it every week. Top 3 in Austin behind All Day Pizza and Sammataros.

Supremely solid for Austin. Boasts itself as a NY slice, but lacks the girth as your NY Pizza Suprema type fare. If you are slicurbating in Austin though this is likely your best bet. Just bring napkins and extra jergens since there are mostly high end fashion shops here.
