Ok, start with the crust cooked very well good under carriage. Sourdough isn’t too high on my list.
The sauce is what fit very with the crust, it complemented it well.
Other ingredients like pepperoni and cheese was very good, I like the crispy peps.
In all it came down to the crust. I personally like a crust with a stronger yeast taste to it.
