Floppy crust

This was the Catalina Wine Mixed. Red Sauce | Herb Chèvre | Garlic | Basil | Oregano | Sautéed Onion | Bacon | Orange Honey Good crisp to the crust, great sweet-savory balance. The orange honey and chèvre play surprisingly well with the bacon and onions. Little soft in the middle, but plenty of flavor.

This pizza is what you would expect it to taste like. It’s not bad, but it’s not the best thing in the world. It’s salty, the cheese falls off easily and is very stretchy. Undercarriage is good, not much flop when it cools down. Overall a 7.4, good for the area.
