Getting a proper NY Slice half way around the globe is truly special. The undercarriage had a sold crunch while maintaining a slight airiness to each bite. The sauce was wonderfully tangy. The hand grated parmesan was a nice addition. Id prefer if it had a bit more cheese and salt it. But I might be biased. If you’re in Osaka or Kyoto, and missing home come visit Hughes Pizza!
