Not enough crisp. Super floppy.

Good char, decent flop. Sauce doesn't have much flavor and the dough and cheese do not have many redeeming qualities. I consider this "fancy pizza" but was not impressed.

Nothing against this place. Love it here. Great berr selection, burgers are awesome. Pizza is good but needs more tang in the sauce and needs a little bit more flavor in the dough. Sounds weird but I taste flour more than anything. As if it isnt cooked, but it is. Im going to devour this no matter what. But one bite everybody knows the rules. 5.5
