Hydraulic Hearth

Got the 4 cheese, good pizza. The crust had a good crisp nothing to right home for though. It had a good bit of flop and a good amount of oil (may have caused the flop). Sauce was sweet too. The cheese was good besides for the ricotta which had two dollops per slice which is a bit too much in my opinion for a personal pie, just a bit too rich. Overall a solid pizza would definitely recommend it if you live near Buffalo.

Solid pizza. Nice crisp on the crust and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. It’s nothing to write home about but it’s superior over Buffalo style pizza.

Hydraulic hearth white pizza

Thinner crust which is an advantage for me. Slice was floppy and dripping tons of oil from the pepperoni. Either too much pepperoni per slice or not enough. Cheese and sauce were good. Pretty good overall.
