Gold medal slice on a gluten free crust. This place makes pretty good flatbread style pizzas! And the pizza was larger than your average gluten free crust so it was a slightly better value.

The crust is probably the most pronounced flavor of the pizza, and it tastes similar to sourdough. Thin cracker like crust, tangy robust sauce, good flavor. For the price and size I can't rate it higher. If you like thin crust this is your type of pizza.
