I’ve been here twice. The first time I went I ordered a XLarge Pepperoni. It was a good football pizza with a lot of New York flop. It was very greasy. I scored it a 6.1. I came back and asked the chef if he could cook it a bit longer to crisp up the crust for me. He said no problem and was very nice. After cooking it for a longer time it massively improved the quality. There was far less grease and the crust was awesome. The New York flop was no more and the grease was not that bad. I’m not sure why cooking it longer improved all the overall experience but it did. It’s a hole in the wall type of place. When you go inside you forget that you are in Florida and it feels like you are in a Brooklyn pizza joint. This time I scored it a 7.7
