This is a score for FLORIDA pizza. One bite, everyone knows the rules. This is hands down the best pizza in Gainesville. It is as close to NY as you can get. Hand tossed, just enough grease, never burnt, and a nice amount of cheese. In NY, I'd give this a 7.8, but the people down here don't know good pizza. This isn't football pizza. This is dinner pizza.

My 25th review warranted a tribute back to my very first review. Reviewing this place again, I'm not impressed with the quality of the pie this go around. The slices seemed reheated atleast twice or sitting for a while. The flavor was lacking big time in everything but the crust. Good thing I'm a fan of a charred crust. 6.1 is the best score I can give it this time and that's being generous due to COVID.

I gotta say I’m real disappointed. I’ve been coming here since childhood and was expected mid-sevens. The pizza was obviously reheated so it was crispy, but overdone. Sauce is almost non existent and fairly greasy. Crust was, dare I so, overdone. Definitely hurting that it’s not a fresh slide. Will come back in the future because I still have faith.

I didn’t get a picture of my slice, but this is from their Instagram. I want to try it again as a fresh whole pie, the slice was basically like a sabaro slice. I can say all the toppings looked cheap and chain pizza quality.

Crispy crust, fresh toppings, good pizza. Not the best pizza but a solid 7.2
