Ian's Oven Pizza

I ordered a 14” Cheese Well Done! Overall, a great pie! Positive: Ratio for Dough, Sauce, and Cheese was great. Sauce had solid flavor, a little tang, a little sweet. Ingredients all tasted very fresh. A solid take on a NY Style Pie. Room for Improvement: As I said above, I ordered it well done. As you can see from the picture, it does not appear very well done. I would’ve preferred it a bit crispier. The edges of the dough had good crisp, but the thicker parts were just a bit too chewy. Not a huge knock though. BONUS: The Lemon Pepper Wings (extra crispy) were fantastic! Highly recommend those. The Pizza and Wing Take-Out combo deals are excellent value! Overall, it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Hiram so far. Staff was nice, food is very fairly priced, and we ate every last bite.
