Ian’s Pizza in Fremont has disappointed me.. and I’m not surprised at all. I didn’t have big expectations in the first place.
Let’s start with the best part,
The staff. Yes I said it, the staff. There was nothing good about this pizza that was worth talking about.
The dough - biggest flop I’ve had in a pizza. SO MUCH CHEESE! So much that is completely ruined the dough and had no crisp. I had to eat half the pizza before being able to hold it normally.
The cheese - Low quality.
The sauce - ketchup.
