Execution- one of the most perfectly put together slices ever. Its only downfall is its subtlety. Taste is a bit plain, as it does not add sugar or spices to sweeten or jazz it up. Just lets the ingredients speak for themselves
Ratio - stone cold perfect
Cheese - a wonderful blend. So chill it’s not clear what cheeses you are eating…there are certainly a few. Perfect chew and so perfectly understated and wonderful. No tang
Sauce - the fresh tomato taste pops. Delightful, a vague tang and no sweetness. Very nice
Dough - just a hint of char. On the dough only bites you do get the restaurant quality fresh bread taste. Exceptional
Travel worthiness - tough one. Does not exceed DiFara or Lucali, however, this is a few tenths lower. Staff is exceptional, and the other food looks off the chain. Near two other famous joints and this place doesn’t have the intense tourist crowd.

This place is an original. Not other worldly, but an absolute pleasure.
