In Brooklyn with a buddy of mine who lives in dumbo. He recommended this joint and said it was the real deal… I told him I’d be the judge of that. The two of us went and ordered some plain and pepperoni slices. As soon as they came out I knew he wasn’t kidding. Really good looking and a scent that could give any hungry man goosebumps. Phenomenal tang on the sauce and a good solid undercarriage to hold it together. The crust at the end of the slice was maybe the only thing that stopped this slice from making it into the 8.9-9.1 level. But still a phenomenal slice that I would recommend to any New Yorker that finds themselves in the friendly area of dumbo. 8.7 that’s a review.
