This is their person pizza. Was described to me as a bar pie. I wouldn’t particularly call it that. To me a bar pie is thinner, more well done. This pizza was a little soupy, the undercarriage could have been more well done, sauce was decent, little crunch on the crust which I liked. It’s a good pizza. Not bad, not great but average.

Thin pie, crunch crust... Sauce is sweet. Overall a solid pie. I tried on a reheat, would like to see what a fresh one out of oven taste like.

Alright Frankie. One bite, everybody knows the rule. Cheese was chewy like Hubba Bubba with tangy thick, chunky, sweeter sauce. Very fresh, crisp crust. This was their margherita.
