As Chicago deep-dishes go this is excellent. The undercarriage was cooked properly and the sauce is really good. Wish it had more cheese (I ordered extra, but think they didn’t fulfill the order - if they had it could possibly touch the low 8s).
Will order again when I want Chicago feel dish.
