Il Basilico Trattoria

A solid slice. When I walked in my hopes weren’t the highest but this slice has just the right amount of cheese and an excellent sauce. Crust is soft but still firm.

Consistent pie. Now that Pasta Mista Timonium is gone this is your next best option. Pie can be a little on the doughy side. Once you get to the crust you start wanting some butter because it tastes likes one of the rolls they bring you at Bertuccis. Cheese is your standard Grande east coast blend absolutely piled on. This pie was right out of the oven and became soup. Obviously a little flop due to the weight of the sauce and cheese. Sauce is homemade just good old tomato and basil.

For how gross and loud the staff was, not a bad slice. Doughy but decent crisp. Right price

Wet pitzeh, cheese slide right off. i’ve had better pies

Overall not a bad pie. Was a little doughy but not too greasy. I’d eat again.

Your basic thin crust nyc style - could be a little crispier. Good taste though.
