Consistent pie. Now that Pasta Mista Timonium is gone this is your next best option. Pie can be a little on the doughy side. Once you get to the crust you start wanting some butter because it tastes likes one of the rolls they bring you at Bertuccis. Cheese is your standard Grande east coast blend absolutely piled on. This pie was right out of the oven and became soup. Obviously a little flop due to the weight of the sauce and cheese. Sauce is homemade just good old tomato and basil.
