My general rule is better pizza is made when Italians are in the kitchen. This place has a great family that runs this wonderful find in in NYC. Food is made with love. This pizza defines for me what a New York style pizza should be.

Looks kind of like Neapolitan, but it’s really crispy and thin. Sauce was clean, and the cheese was creamy and high quality. It needed some salt or something though to push it to the next level. It’s just ever so slightly bland.
