Il Brigante

This was a joint review. We acknowledge that it was not a plain pizza. That said, it was very flavorful. Immediately, we noticed that the crunch was lacking (likely due to the weight of the toppings). Yet, the crust was not undercooked; rather, it was simply not perfectly cooked.

Looks kind of like Neapolitan, but it’s really crispy and thin. Sauce was clean, and the cheese was creamy and high quality. It needed some salt or something though to push it to the next level. It’s just ever so slightly bland.
