Great sauce flavor and crust. Toppings falling all over the place

Wanted to try something new so I didn’t get the margherita I would usually get at a neapolitan restaurant but I should’ve just gotten the margherita. I thought it was pretty standard neapolitan the crust was well charred but the center of the pizza was very soggy and caused a heavy flop.

Solid undercarriage. Little flop. Soft crust. Naturally sweet sauce. Mild cheese. Great slice

Very delicious ingredients on the classic margherita. Thin and light but a little floppy. Not quite evenly cooked.

Classic Neapolitan style place. Everything is fresh and you can tell. Definitely one of the best in DC and based strictly off taste you’re at an 8 if not slightly above.

Saw a homeless guy eating this stuff and I noticed the official Neapolitan pizza association logo on the box so thought I’d check it out. As as far as Neapolitan goes it’s damn good. Portnoy would give it a 7.1 tho.

Little too much flop (to be expected with neopolitan) but everything else is perfect. Crust is fantastic. Would be 9+ if a little less floppy.

Given i ordered delivery and took an hour to get here, the overall taste is good, good under carriage, if i ordered it on the spot the score would no way up. If i got it fresh, it would be closer to a 8.4-8.5

Fresh ingredients, good tang with the tomato sauce, unfortunately crispy on edges and soupy in the middle.

A little floppy.

Forgot to take a photo so there’s my hand. Pizza was greasy and slightly soggy in the middle. Crust was decent and flavors were good but very greasy at the same time.
