Pizza was pretty good, I shoulda got the classic cheese pizza though, nice undercarriage, nice dough and oven.

All right Frankie. #vegan pizza at Il Focolaio. Great vegan whole wheat crust and a very different vegan cheese than what I’m used to. Little flop. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and it’s all baked in a fire brick oven. Highly recommend when traveling to Montreal.

Fork and knife pizza for the tables surrounding ours. 50 specialty pies (heavy), so make sense. Could eat it all day, light crust, fresh. Not football pizza

Fresh homemade crust. Definitely a place you go for toppings and not the traditional cheese pizza. Really impressive brick oven pizza.

Great pizza. Super cool atmosphere. Pizza was delicious. They have a brick fire oven, but I was expecting the inner portions to be a little more crispy, but that’s nit picking. All and all a great pizza.
