Beautiful pie, excellent cook on the crust. Great cheese. Dough could use a bit more salt and the sauce is very different than others in a good and bad way, I think it either needs less salt or needs something removed from it that was uniquely added here. It comes together fairly well, but some ingredients are just not in the right spots. Would definitely have it again and think it is a great place to support.
