Pizza Review
Here with another pizza review. We’re at Il Forno in San Antonio. I normally don’t go for Neapolitan pies, but this place knocked my socks off. Phenomenal undercarriage. Crispy and little flop (uncharacteristic of most Neapolitans). Good mild sauce. It’s wood fired so you want to eat it fresh. The crisp goes away about 8 minutes after leaving the oven. Best pizza in San Antonio. That’s a review.
