Such a good pizza. I’m not a fan of basil so that’s why the score is not a 10. Perfect thin crispy crust, sauce and cheese are the right amount

Great find in Columbia. The star of the show was definitely the dough. Got some sweet to it and super thin. Right in between crispy and chewy. Shaved Grana Padano is always a score booster.

Margherita is a thin crust no flop all round good pizza! Has a great tang from the sauce and the cheese is perfect! Great slice!
