TOO much flop. Great crust but a little soggy up to the crust. Solid sauce flavor. 5.4.

Best pizza we have ever had!!! Pizza margherita was on point… a little flop. Wood fired oven made it delicious as well as the fresh ingredients. Probably not on Dave’s list but the Crepa (moz, bacon, balsamic glaze, basil, garlic, etc.) was our favorite.

Fantastic! Real deal Neapolitan pizza. Prez usually gives Neapolitan a standard 6.8 and goes up or down from there depending on how good the pizza is. This deserves an 8+

Totally tasty, Neapolitan-style pizza. Good sauce, good crust, quality ingredients. Just... Not special. I give it a "good" 6.9 out of 10

This place is far and above the rest in St Joseph...the crust on the pizza is fantastic, the sauce could use a little tang but other than that this pizza is good. I give it a 6.7...that being said I would definitely recommend this place if you like Neapolitan pizza!

Sauce is on point, crust has great crisp to it, if you are north of KC this is the place to go.
