Wood fired thin crust pizza. All pizza is all the same size. This margarita is as close as I could get to cheese to give a fair review.
We just got back from Italy a few weeks ago and it was very reminiscent of what is available there.
I enjoyed the crust but wish it was cooked a little longer. It was soft and slightly salty. The sauce was very good and had a sweetness to it. The cheese was imported from Italy and was really nice.
