Fresh ingredients.

Neapolitan style pizza. Good flavor, soft undercarriage w nice wood fired crust. As good as this style can be. Great atmosphere and excellent service and staff.

Margarita pizza was outstanding. Best pizza around. Wood fired oven. Crust was fantastic. Solid 9.1.

Wood fired thin crust pizza. All pizza is all the same size. This margarita is as close as I could get to cheese to give a fair review. We just got back from Italy a few weeks ago and it was very reminiscent of what is available there. I enjoyed the crust but wish it was cooked a little longer. It was soft and slightly salty. The sauce was very good and had a sweetness to it. The cheese was imported from Italy and was really nice.

Wisconsin and Italy in one sentence, would never have guessed! Dave worth the 2 hours when the bears beat the pats!!!!
