Best Neapolitan Pizza in the central plains.

Pizza dough was not fully cooked. The outer edges and half of the pie that was cooked tasted good. Lots of flop.

Good flavor. Wichita flop, personally I’d ask for it to be cooked a bit more to get some crunch.

I can’t do the gold slice so pepperoni it is again. Very Distinct and very traditional and very flavorful sauce. A little doughy but an overall incredible taste. The fiery shrimp Gambino is my favorite and I’d give the old #14 a 8.7 and 8.1 for the pepperoni #2 best pizza I’ve had in Wichita.

Always a good choice for a date night. Good pizza and good atmosphere. Normally I would have rated it higher but my crust wasn’t as crisp as I like it. The spicy oil is very tasty!

Best pizza in Wichita. Brick oven, fresh ingredients, incredible taste!
