Swiss cheese doesn’t belong on pizza. Decent sauce though

Very different pizza than any place in the country. Cracker thin crust, fresh ingredients, and an awesome blend provel cheese. I count not stop thinking about this pizza after I ate it. Which is the hallmark of a great pizza to me. Did I like it and remember it ... yes to both.

This is my go to pie. I grew up on Imos and it has never let me down. Best Pizza in Saint Louis and is the ultimate STL Style. I understand that it is an acquired taste with it being provel cheese and it being extremely thin, but that is where my heart and taste buds are at. El Prez was bias in this review. Just ticked his Bruins lost. Everyone knows the rules... Imos is where it’s at!

Cracker pizza. This isn’t real pizza. Bad aftertaste with this cheese. STL style pizza is not a thing and people should stop acting like it is.

Very very different from regular pizza. Good but not my favorite.

***ST. LOUIS STYLE*** If you’re gonna get IMO’s, this is the location to go to. You can get other really good St. Louis pizza, but this is the true representation. No flop, as there should be none. Sweet sauce, provel cheese. I recommend pepperoni and bacon when getting thin crust (pictured here on the left, other side is pep and banana pep). Go get you some true St. Louis style pizza and enjoy!

I think Dave was spot on with his review. Toasted ravioli is on point though!

Some say St. Louis style pizza is a cracker with cheese wiz, others say it’s a pizza nacho. However, I call it Provel Perfection. The gooey melt of the Provel cheese, the thick juicy sausage, crust is thin and crispy. I’ve been known to drive 4 hours to put it in my pie hole. Maybe not an everyday square slice, but one must respect and cherish this Midwest delicacy - side note the House salad with Imos creamy garlic dressing is a must order for our greens lovers.
