Imo's Pizza

Not your traditional pizza. “St Louis style” from what I’ve learned Certainly not what I am used to. Ordered well done med pepperoni Not too greasy Very crisp crust Perfectly crisped cheese Thin airy and almost flakey crust. The distinct cheese flavor sets this apart. I do wish it had a little bit more of the pepperonis and sauce. But that is probably just how this type of pizza is supposed to be. I originally gave the pizza a 6.9 but I feel it deserves to be in the 7s since I can’t help but want more.
