First time trying St. Louis style. Not particularly impressed. Not bad, just not good. Provel will just never be as good as low moisture whole milk mozzarella. What a weird concept.

Some people don’t like St Louis style, and the provel cheese is different. We really like it for a change of pace. Thin, cheesy, tasty pizza cut tavern style. Consistently good pizza, and the salad with house dressing is great, too!

Not your average cheese pizza. Provel cheese is good and there is lots of it.

Not a slice place. Crispy crust. Good sauce/cheese. Pretty good.
