Some say St. Louis style pizza is a cracker with cheese wiz, others say it’s a pizza nacho. However, I call it Provel Perfection. The gooey melt of the Provel cheese, the thick juicy sausage, crust is thin and crispy. I’ve been known to drive 4 hours to put it in my pie hole. Maybe not an everyday square slice, but one must respect and cherish this Midwest delicacy - side note the House salad with Imos creamy garlic dressing is a must order for our greens lovers.
