My first official St. Louis style pizza. I like the cracker crust and the sweet sauce is fine, but what drops the score for me is the Provel cheese. Definitely an acquired taste. Aside from the cheese, this is a good pie.

Not good. That weird cheese gives it a velveeta flavor. The sauce is too sweet. All of this served on a cracker, and I like thin cracker pizza.

I've always said that the worst pizza is still good but IMO's priced me wrong. To each their own but I do not see what the hype is about. I could hardly wait it. Their cheese taste like vomit.
