Dare I say this is my favourite (nay, best?!) pizza in New York? Roman style, which creates an incredible mix of absolutely no-flop, crispy undercarriage and a fluffy, ciabatta-esque fluff on top. Mix in fresh, top-notch ingredients and cutting the pizza into little fingers, and I’m in culinary heaven. Lovely staff and shop, too.
