Today we have some South Dakota bar pizza. I definitely enjoyed this one. It had great crisp throughout for the most part, and I thought the sauce was kind of spicy but certainly the highlight of this pie. The edges of this pizza were definitely the best, because the middle was a little floppy. My first couple of bites I could really only taste the cheese and crisp texture, but the sauce started to sneak in. It was flavorful, powerful, and spicy. I don’t mind spice in any situation. The atmosphere and beer selection at this place were top notch as well. I appreciate this place for finishing off a great first day in South Dakota.
