One nibble everyone knows the law. Is this a nyc style pizza or a traditional Italian pizza no but considering your in a smaller city it’s the closest thing to the above options. Using a wood fire oven easily makes a better crust than you chain pizza restaurants. I went for a pizza blanco which has a variety of cheese and it was pretty good. The char flavor from the crust definitely adds to the experience with the sweetness of the cheese which is good overall. I wish the price was a little less but I’m happy to pay for better pizza an independently owned spot over Pizza Hut and Dominos. If you’re in the area and want something more special than mass produced pizza I would say it’s worth it. Plenty of other menu options that I still have to try.
