Inizio Pizza Napoletana

We got the Diavola. Very good Italian style wood fired pizza. It was a bit doughy, band I usually don’t like that but I really enjoyed this one. Still pretty thin too. If I got it extra crispy I think this could have been above an 8.5 The service was great too. I will totally go back next time I’m in town.

Fall seasonal pizza the Pumpkin one. Definitely disappointed a little with this one had some higher hopes. Less savory than expected and lacked flavor almost like it was a little too bland. Overall the dough is close to perfect as usual.

Pretty good for Charlotte standards. Crust was light, soft and chewy. Not crispy but the under carriage was cooked well. Sauce and cheese were missing something. So the margherita was bland to me (needed pecorino or salt to umph it up). But the pesto and diavolo were a bit tastier because of the added toppings.

Great wood fired pizza. The crust was not crispy enough but it was takeout so that could be why. Sauce has good flavor as well

Not quite Naples but pretty damn close. The crust is soft and chewy and the sauce is tasty, not overbearing. The best Neapolitan pizza in Charlotte hands down!

Solid pizza. Tomato is for sure homemade and has a great tang. Pizza is pretty doughy, not a ton of crunch, but the doughs got good flavor

The pizza is really effing good. We got 2 Margherita pizzas one with spicy salami and the other with sausage. Both were fresh and really tasty. I have been here twice in the last 3 days. I may have a new spot. Super quick if you’re in a hurry.

Great crust flavor and light, but woulda like a little more crisp. Amazing cheese but could have used a little more sauce

known for their pistachio pesto pizza & if you order takeout they don’t cut it so it doesn’t get soggy

Margherita + Sausage

Very light and crisp. Could’ve probably eaten 2 whole pizzas. Crust could’ve been a little less burnt

Got the white. Honestly some of the worst pizza I ever had. Lacked flavor and had an odd smell to it, almost like cigar smoke. The red sauce on the side for dipping tasted like tomatoe soup.

My style of pizza, but it's so salty that it's somewhat of a turnoff. A bit too much flop, average sauce, good amount of cheese. Crust not doughy but also not crispy. Nice and thin. That's a review.

Definitely one of the better slices I've gotten from here. The maria has three different kinds of mushrooms on it. Super fresh

Very good Neapolitan pizza

I had carry out so this score probably isn’t what it should be. Flavor is excellent but not enough crisp. It’d probably be around an 8 if I ate it fresh out the oven!
