Sweet tomato base seduced me, great pizza

Crust/dough had zero crunch. If it was cooked a little better it would’ve been mid 7’s. Sauce and cheese were good

Had the sausage. The mushroom and the pistachio. Flavors were all good but the dough wasn’t for me. Too chewy.

This pizza looks great. Neapolitan style. Great flavor. This is as good as a Neapolitan pizza can get.

Rookie score but going with the gut. Crust surprised me and was very good. Margherita added pep. Appreciate the sauce cup but misses out on the flavor with it being cold. Good basil good cheese good pep. Just fine

Had the classic margherita, pistachio and mushroom pies. All fantastic. If Neopolitan pizza is your style then it doesn’t get any better than this.

Not your traditional pizza, the char is nice but no crisp. Tried to call but no answer, in fairness they were super busy

Best in Charlotte by far! Zesty flavorful sauce. Incredible char on the crust. Light with little to no grease. They urge you not to cut it until you are going to eat it. Listen to them.

Margherita + Pepperoni

Excellent sauce, garlic, cheese, and crust. Very good pie.

6’s are good... 7’s are really good to great...8’s are great enough to travel 30-40 minutes for.... I’d travel for this one easy. A little bit too much flop. Other than that. It was a phenomenal pizza. It’s a Neapolitan style pizza joint which I don’t love. So this being so good shocked me. Flavor was so classic yet unique at the same time. Crust was near perfection. Can’t wait to visit again.
