Inky's Italian Foods

My favorite pizza growing up. I’m more of an everything pizza kinda guy but with Inky’s classic cheese and pepperoni or only cheese hits the spot. Unique crust, tons of cheese and the best sauce. Pepperoni is in piles under the cheese. It is extremely unique compared to other pizzas in the area which is why I did not really understand Dave’s review. One other pro tip: buy two pizzas. Eat one for dinner and put one in the refrigerator for cold pizza breakfast if that’s your thing. Either way it is Herold than right out of the oven.

A ton of pepperoni hid under the cheese. The crust tasted like a chicken pot pie crust. Not my style

Had cheese pizza with mushroom topping. Sauce a little sweet. Not slipping or messy. Not much of a crunch but has substance and is delightfully chewy. Great ambience at Inkys it’s old school.

No flop and very warm flaky crust

Not sure what all the fuss is about but this is a large pizza? Don’t understand why they cut their pizza this way. Crust was fine but nothing special at all. Nice people but not a must get pizza by any means

I was really excited to try this Large Cheese pizza .. after the first bite and a solid crust sample .. not really impressed .. too much cheese and the sauce is good but a little runny .. nice place but better local pizza is very easy to find !!

Like Rudy's down the street, this is a Toledo classic. Nostalgia probably plays into my score, but there are times when I have to have Inky's and noting else will do. A little heavy on the cheese and the thin flaky crust isn't for everyone, but the sauce is basic, fresh,, tangy, slightly sweet and phenomenal. Easily one of the must have pies in the Toledo area.

Very flaky. Almost like pie crust. Slightly greasy. Sauce was phenomenal. Cheese was less than phenomenal. Solid hangover pizza.

I've had pies all over the country. Inkys is bar none my favorite! I'd love to see Dave's score.

Pepperoni and bacon ..always good.

I was expecting more out of this place. Seemed like a cool little hole in the wall spot but it sucked. Half the pizza was undercooked. Crust was bland and broke apart. Sauce was nothing of note, pretty boring and just too much of it. The cheese was the best part. Super messy pizza to eat. Glad I tried it so I can never go back again lolz

Finally went here to see what all the fuss was about. After having one bite, I’m still trying to find the answer to that question. This pizza is extremely overrated and I could name several pizza joints in the area that are vastly superior to this. The ratio of cheese to sauce to topping is a mess. The crust seemed like it would be crispy thin and because of all the grease from the overloaded pepperoni, it was a soggy shit show. I will usually eat an average pizza until it’s gone, but this one hit the trash on garbage night because nobody in the house wanted it. Gross. 1.6 because it’s at the very least edible
