Intermezzo

Flavor is good but unfortunately it's chewy and not crispy even though I made them put it back into crisp it. The outer crust is crispy a little bit. The cheese is fantastic. Can't break 7 due to the lack of crispiness and had to dab off a ton of grease.

Good pizza, could use more sauce.

Pizza was really good. Fresh ingredients. Crust was very thin hardly any flop. Baked perfectly. Has a distinct taste that I can’t tell what it is, but I like it.

Officially my favorite pizza in Charlotte. Airy, fluffy, light and crisp. Delicious flavors— a tad less grease and this pizza would be a perfect score.

Yes they had Parmesan. But you can barely taste it. The sauce to cheese to crust ratio was fantastic. Cooked it crispy. Minimal grease. Minimal flop, just a damn good pizza!

Great ingredients. Crust was crispy. No grease. Cheese was amazing. A little flop. Ask for crispy or broil it on high for 1-2 minutes for delivery, and it could be pushing a 9.

The dough on this pizza is delicious. Has good cheese and no flop highly recommend.

Very good sauce and toppings (split a pizza with a coworker so I had sausage in addition to my normal pepperoni). Great crispy crust but the bottom was a little soft and became greasy. Some of the best pie in town but the overwhelming grease made it a little hard to eat at first.

I expected more from a high $ pizza. Extra sauce would make this better...

One of the best pizza places in Charlotte. Ask for it extra toasty and it has a great crunch. Quattro Formaggi is the way to go.
