This food truck with a wood fire oven puts an artisanal twist on the classic Neapolitan pizza. This is the Peppi Squared option with garlic slivers and 2 types of pepperoni. It’s not a cheap pizza but you can easily see where the money is going with the fresh ingredients and high quality toppings. I’ve talked to the owner in the past and he has made it very clear how picky he is about what goes into and onto his pizza. The passion is there and you can visit their website to read all about the process.
With all that said, why am I not rating this higher? Neapolitan just isn’t my style. Ippa is open for spring, summer and fall. Their sister spot Gommie’s is open for fall and winter and the same care and standards are applied but in my opinion is the superior pizza. It all just depends on your personal preference.
