This is hard to beat. Tad slow but worth it.

The crust had the right amount of crunch and softness. The sauce was not too sweet. One of the best Detroit style pizzas I’ve ever had.

Good pizza that I would definitely recommend to a friend. Hardly any flop to it which is not really a fate deciding factor for me. Very nice staff and clean establishment as well. Overall, I would come back in the future.

Very good Detroit style. The crust is light with great caramelization. Fresh ingredients all around, the sauce is sneaky good. Would definitely get again.

We got the Yinzer. The crust was DELICIOUS! The toppings didn’t really pop though but it was just like sauce cheese pepperoni and cheese. We moved to Pittsburgh 6 months ago and this is definitely the best pizza we’ve had so far but I do prefer NYC Style pizza

One of my favorite pizzas anywhere. Dough is so fluffy, edges are crispy, topping selections for the different pies are all amazing. I’ve had 5 different pies and loved them all. Love the name and the style. I go there every time I come to Pittsburgh even though I really want to try new places each time. I just can’t not go to Iron Born.

the classic pie is a nice thick pizza with basil and cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese and sauce. It's almost like a chicago deep dish but more bread than sauce and cheese. Its very crispy on all sides if thats ur sort of thing. the inside is soft and fluffy. the sauce has very good flavor and the cherry tomatoes adds a nice freshness.

Enjoyed the pepperoni pizza today. Pizza was perfect. Crispy, with the inside like a soft pillow. I honestly can’t think of anything I would’ve changed on this pizza. This style usually isn’t my favorite type, but today might’ve changed that. The sever was extremely pleasant and place nice and clean.

Decently fluffy and good tasting Detroit Style. Can't go wrong with this one.

If you want a loaf of bread with sauce and cheese then I guess it's good stuff but I like my pizza thin
