Not my favorite style, so admittedly skewed a bit. It’s well balanced; fresh sweet sauce and somewhat salty cheese offset each other well. But way too thin, tons of flop. Crust is limp and tough in the middle - hard to cut through even with knife and fork - but crazy brittle at the edges. This juxtaposition just doesn’t work. The amazing ambience, top notch service, and great sauce have it in the 6’s, but I can’t get past the dual personality bake.
