Could threaten an 8 if this town wasn’t so cheese happy. Good crust, good undercarriage but when you melt cheese on a cooked slice of pizza all you do is turn it into Pizza Parmesan. Sauce is not bad either. Real potential but there is no follow through for authenticity. Shame.

This is a SOLID pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve had in the US in years and I travel a ton. Would highly recommend. Forget to get a pic of the whole pie but the Pie was cooked perfectly, good crunchy under carriage, perfect crust, perfect thickness and great flavor. Don’t skip out on this place
